Winter Solstice Ritual

The Winter Solstice, marks the shortest day and longest night of the year. Various cultures and traditions celebrate this event with rituals that honor the return of the Sun and the rebirth of light. The Winter Solstice is the celebration of Light allowing one to gain deeper introspect of the past year.

In this Ritual, Dallas & Tammy are providing an opportunity for inner reflection. Through breathwork, participants will become more aware of their bodies as they engage in deep contemplation. Once deeply relaxed, sound will fill the space, altering frequencies in the energy field, brain waves, and physical body. By channeling Life Force Energy through the instruments, energy will flow through stages of awareness, release, and integration.
